The Selection Moment
White-glove private check-in. A welcome kit, name-embossed. A sealed envelope to be opened on instruction. A welcome dinner where each guest answers: Why now? What are you done tolerating?

The top tenth of one percent don't pick stocks. They structure deals, syndicate capital, and sit on the side of the table that gets paid first. Five days in the room. Twelve weeks of coaching. A closed network of operators who write checks together. You leave with the entity, the playbook, and the relationships to run real money, yours and other people's, into deals the public never sees.
Arrival on Day 0. A three-day intensive. Departure on Day 4. All-inclusive. Flights, lodging, meals, ground, materials. One narrative arc, taught in sequence on purpose.

Three ways into this room. Tap the one that fits, then we will show you what comes next.

An invitation-only program built to compress what usually takes years of trial, money, and lawyers into a sequenced five-day arc, then a twelve-week build, then a network you pitch alongside.
Three quiet steps. A short form, a conversation, and an offer. We protect the room above all else.
A full walk-through of how investment vehicles work, how to set one up, how to find deals, how to talk to investors, and how to run the day-to-day. Your seat is all-inclusive: flights, lodging at a premium property, all meals, private ground transport, and every working session and material. You also walk out with a turnkey capital vehicle: living trust, pour-over will, POA, health directive, HIPAA authorization, formed entity, opened business banking, CRM loaded with 25 targets, filed Form D pathway, offering doc templates, professional headshots, EPK, website wireframe, optimized LinkedIn, and a digital business card.
It is for operators, executives, athletes, and business owners who already work with money or influence it, and who plan to put real capital to work within the next twelve months. It is not for first-time investors looking for an intro class, content creators chasing a brand, or people just curious about the space. If you cannot reasonably move $250K or more in the next year, this is not the right room.
Cohort 01 holds twenty-four seats. In comparable private programs, fewer than fifteen percent of applicants are accepted. Every application is read by our team. Finalists do a thirty minute call before any offer is made. A referral from a current member, sponsor, or past attendee helps a lot.
We share the price privately once you reach the finalist stage. A small number of scholarship seats are paid for by our sponsors each cohort. You only pay after you accept in writing, and the refund and withdrawal terms are set out clearly in your offer.
Every attendee, faculty member, and staff member signs a mutual NDA. The room runs on Chatham House Rule, which means you can use what you learn but you cannot share who said it or which deals were discussed. Recording, broadcasting, and outside sharing of any materials, conversations, or attendee names is not allowed and will get you removed without a refund.
You leave with a formed entity, a living trust, opened business banking, a CRM loaded with 25 targets, an offering documents framework, and a filed Form D pathway. Final state-specific filings happen with your own lawyer in your own state or country. The program does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice, and is not a replacement for licensed professionals.
No. This is a learning and professional development program. Nothing said or shown at the event is an offer to sell or buy any security, fund interest, or investment product. No fund commitments are made in the room.
Yes. Each level's certificate is co-issued with our academic partner, a recognized institution announced upon Cohort 01 confirmation. The partnership is structured to provide a credential that travels. Usable in your bio, on your LinkedIn, and on offering documents you produce after the program.
Sponsors fund seats at full economic value through one of three tiers. Each scholarship recipient signs the Each-One-Teach-One protocol. They bring and shepherd one new attendee into the next cohort. Sponsors receive named recognition, direct attendee introductions, and a faculty observer seat. Talk to us about your specific use case.
Three parallel tracks. Track A is a weekly cohort-wide Deals Lab with rotating faculty. Track B is a weekly 1:1 with a member of our team alongside a curated Network Enhancer matched to your thesis. Track C is asynchronous peer accountability. Certificate II is awarded on completion of all three. You then onboard into the GP Network for live investor pitch calls, IRA custodian raise channel access, and panel invitations.
Cohort 01 holds twenty-four seats. The application takes about nine minutes.
